I am implementing the performance management system for the first timein my orgn. along with my boss. We have resorted to adopt 180 degree appraisal... We are through with the appraisal form designing.
Now i have to prepare a manual which will explain how to go about the appraisal (Like ready reckoner).
Can any of you help me with the inputs please

My post mite be purely out of context ,, But isnt it better to relook and go in for a 360 degree performance appraisal now that ur going in for revamp...
Is cost a hinderance to that ..

Hi dheeraj,
Thanks for your mail. Dheeraj, we have a problem with that. There are around 4500 employees across various divisions. They dont know greek or latin about the appraisal process as this is the first time they are going to do in a structured way. Once we implement it then we can parallely bring in the concept of 360 appraisal.
If you have any manual on 180 please share it with me.
