I need to create an evaluation sheet of candidates attending interview for different position so that we can compare different candidates shortlisted for the position and select the best of the whole lot
It has to be a sheet that revolves from the HR to the Line Manager then up to the director so that the next person whop is taking the interview of the person can judge candidates accordingly and ask questions accordingly.
Please help me with the format for such an evaluation
