Dear All!!

We have seen lot many people who don’t know how to get the work done but they are always praised by the seniors as they are very dedicated employees in the organization.
They always have one paper or file in one hand and pen on other hand with stress lines on forehead and staring on the computer. They always pretend that they are the real well-wisher of the organization and all other are worthless.

They always follow one rule in life:

Kaam mat karo,
Kaam ke fikar karo!!
Fikar ka zikar apne Boss se karo,
Naukri Pakki!!

Translation:

Don’t do work
Pretend that you are bothered about your work
Let your Boss know that how much you have care regarding work
Let your job going smoother!!

We always encountered with lot of this kind of employees in the organization but the real thing is that mostly they have very less life in the organization and some of them may successful in this.

They always showoff. They may become harmful for the person who is really hard worker. They always create the situation to make the good person fed up and sometimes they may create negative picture of employees in front of senior management.

Till date we have that type of person in the organization but willy-nilly we are not suppose to take any action against them, instead of avoiding them because they are apple of the eyes of the senior management.

That’s why it is said that: EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE ORGANIZATION BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEE

I don’t know why not management thinks in this point of view
Why this kind of people enjoy their life till then they are in organization even after knowing that they are spy
How to catch them red-handed and what to do with them

Your valuable suggestion and comments requred!!

Sorry vijay sahab,
I disagree with you on this.
Thats only happen in government companies or government jobs but not in private sector. Except targeting or victimzation strategies in private sector companies where some employees conspire against good employee or normal person who do not mingle with others.
kind regards
rashid.

Hi Pankaj,
Whatever you are saying is very right in present context. Once, I was also a victim of this. But now i have consolidated my position by not reacting to such thinghs. Always learn new thing, do some value addition to your work and keep good relationship with your boss and other collegues. In short always try to be a better human being, this will pay you life long.

If this post analysis shows 99% acknowledge that people by and large are getting free salaries in India and this is only way to earn or survive in indian companies then what will happen to India.

All you people are chasing false statements and comparing with your situation in general that you are victim of this system. But hardly any one testify what exactly written and what is response level?

you will draw conclusion that all Indians are same and working similar work culture.

Very much natorius........ thinking.

I will goone step further to your acknowledgement of this statement. And have no hesitation in judging all you have no capabilities as HR professional to put people on jobs. It s your failure that you despite knowing that people skip jobs it syour incapabilities to assign such people a jobs and ask result at the end of the day.

there are many ways to engage employees and ask progress at the end of the day and next day morning the status of work. But it seems all of you are lacking that art and managarial skills.

You should not create such gloomy picture and blame non performing employees rather introspect your role what are you doing not justifying your position as HR professional in the organization.

This is called total failure of HR.

Dear All,
May be m not as experienced as u people, but would like to say 1 thing viz. "peole will affect u, only if u let people affect "..if shud know how to keep them at their place, then only u wud be able to cope up with them
even i have faced domination from an employee who was associated with this co. from yrs back..but now things are going fine..remember to give it back on their faces...if its going above r head, otherwise ppl wl take u for granted forever.........
we, entry level people often think of the consequences of escalating some old employee...and leave the co. because of another employee/employees...is der any need to do dat? no!...consider ur co. as ur family...work hard..and escalate harder!!!;)!!!!
i know there are always better options available in the market, but if we will run away coz of another employees...then we may get the same kind of ppl again in t new office....learn to give them back at their faces..in the extreme cases..
