Presently working in Oil and Gas Industry seeking detail informations on following-
  • Who (which grade of employees) are elligible for Overtime payment.
  • Who (which grade of employees) are elligible for Incentives.
As per my knowledge employees who are elligible for Incentives are not elligible for OT Pay and vice versa.
  • Please provide me the OT Payment structure as per the statutory norms and general practice in industry.
  • Incentive plan calculation and general practice in industry.

Any one below managirial level are eligile for OT again it depends on the compnay policies and major compnaies give OT UPto clerical staff.
For incentive it depends on the company policy and moreover incentive are given to every one it will be performance based.
