Great ppt. I am currently working on creating a training program based on mapping competencies with daily tasks. The objective of this training is to provide role clarity and how employees can develop competencies required.
Can you help me with how to potray competencies like Leadership, analytical thinking, decision making etc in a training program..maybe with few activities.
This is for retail store employees from the level of store managers to a cashier.
