Hi I am fresher in hr Deptt. Any body advise me what type of formalties for new employee in the company. like PF FORM,ESI FORM & WELOCME NOTE ETC.PLZ GIVE ME FULL KIT FOR NEW EMPLOYEE.THANKSVINOD

HI Vinod,
There are many companies who provide many types of form after joining....so if you have any such forms , then you have to fill up those forms for the new joinee...at the time of joining you should collects all the xerox of his/her documents & photograph....you should give a look on all of his/her original documents also....beside that you should provide the induction training to the employee & should introduce him/her with the in-house employees of your organization.....
REgarding PF & ESI basically provided after completion of the probation perod, in that case you need not to fill up the forms for PF & ESI at that time... it can be done aftre completion of probation.....you should keep the xerox of the offer letter & appointment letter in your record.....As ESI is not applicable for those persons whose salary is greater than 10000, so in that case you have to fill up the form for Mediclaim or Cash free Medical facilities....

1. Employee Form (in Company's Format having full details of the employee)
2. All xerox copies of testimonials. (Qulaification & Experience)
3. ESI Form, if Applicable
4. Form No 2 and 11 ( Under PF Act)
5. Form F ( Under Gratuity Act )
6. Residential Proof
7. Clearance Certificate from the Previous Employer
8. Pan Number
9. Details of Family Members ( For coverage under Mediclaim Scheme, if applicable)
10. Measurement for Uniforms (if Applicable)
11. Salary Account opening form ( For Salary transfer )
12. Form No. 16 from the previous Employer ( Optional)
13. Last but not least, JOINING REPORT.

in addition to the above, pls coordinate with ur IT Deptt for opening of official email id and get the signatures of employee on the IT Compliance form (if any). we also generally have a practice of Medical Certificate in our org. If your org outsources it, then the same is not required.

Hi i m the whole n sole in my company handling the HR dept. Recently we had an emergency in our office which was handled quite effectively. To take precaution my boss wants me to have the complete details of each employee mentioning his/her medical details and contact nos. in case of emergency.
Can anyone pls help me by the sending the format for the same. I need it URGENTLY...You can mail me also on
