Dear,
The medical insurance scheme offered by Company has different benefita depending upon which kind of insurance the organisation has selected.
The employee gets all the facilities such as, cash list facility, hospitalisation, other ailments which requires hospitalisation, old ailments are also covered by some companies etc.
You can contact various brokers, such as ICICI prudential, Paramaount Health services etc these companies provide Medical Insurance for employees.
The premium paidis paid by the organisation so the employee do not get any Income tax benefit out of it(Im not 100% sure of it, but most likely it is the case).
I hope I have answered the query, in case of any further information please feel free to contact.
Cheers!!
Archna
