I am just confusing what are all amount which inlcude in CTC.....? so anybody guide me wat r all amounts should include in CTC? It will be more better in right format..... Is there any format to compute CTC?

Hi Nisha,
"CTC" is Cost to the company and it includes all the components which a company pays to the employee (fixed + variables)
"Gross Salary" comprises of the monthly Payables + Deductions (PF+LTA+Bonus+Mediclaim)
"Cash in Hand" can however be calculated from the Gross Salary. You only have to take the monthly payables and deduct the PF amount from it once more. The amount which you'll get will be the Cash in Hand.
