Hi All,
I am looking for any fresh ides for employee programs. right now we have aprogram called "pat a Buddy" where employee votes for their peers and winners are elected based on certain parameters like good communicator, hard worker, team player, motivator etc.
i am looking to add new features for the same program. if anybody have some ideas kindly let me know or even the practices you follow in your organization to recognize employees.

this is an initiative to create collaborative work environment.
we define certain parameters like
good communicatoe
team player
commited
time management
innovative
adaptive
attitute
then we ask the employees to rate their peer on these parameters
and we elect the employee whose rating is the highest.
