i have a query regarding pay slip.
the salary slip we used to provide previously was on a simple A4 paper with a logo impression on it........ but now i am thinking of giving salary slip on a letterhead... i.e a executive bond and a logo on it........
now i would like to know if it is ok if i give a print of salary slip on it...... and i wuold also like to know if you all have any other option on which i can gv them the salary slip............

I feel letter heads should not be used for salary purpose, because they are expensive as compared to ordinary a4 size paper and there is no need to do as such.
In my opinion you can use one a4 size paper to print two pay slips......with your companies logo...thats enough....please don't introduce any costly matter, which in the long cost dearly to the company.....
