In my company lot of people had completed 10 years of service in the same company so we want to give them so gifts as token of respect,recognistion & loyality - can any one suggest me waht gifts probably we can givem them ?

It would be difficult to come up with a list of gifts that would please everyone especially where the employees are of different grades. A manager's expectations would certainly be different from a lower ranking employee. My suggestion is you give them a month's salary or whateverr quantum the company can afford, as this is equitable and the employee can use his discretion to purchase what he needs.

Continuing 10 years in the same group is really a great thing and they can be considered as pillars.
Honouring them by means of conducting a program where their services can be praised, make them as a role model for beginners. Personal benefits like declaring some cash prize, momento's,promotions etc.
Check/judge whether they achieved any thing in those years career & Monetarywise.

You need to appreciate employees for serving 10 years in an organization.
You need to pay loyalty bonus, trophy and grand celebration with there family members which will motivate them and also to other employees that company is taking care of them for the services rendered by them.
You can formulate policy for this and benefits to be offered if they complete number of years in the organization.
