Hi Sonali,
First you have to find out who is applying for Visa for your company in AbuDhabi, Usually any company or individual in UAE can able to apply and process for Visit/ Transit visas. If anyone from UAE is ready to process visa for your employee you have to send his/ her passport copy, PP photo with white background, and the visa expenses.
If you don't have any contact person in Abudhabi, you can check with Abudhabi Immigration/ Airport Authority for visa applying. Pls check www.abudhabi.ae for any clarifications.

Hi Sonali,
As arun said its true if any company is going to sponser your employee a visit visa(60days/extendable upto 90days) / Transit visa (14days) you need to send passport copy (Front page, second page and last page) most important thing is you need to check whether your employee has ECNR(Emmigration check not required) on his/her passport this is a process if any company sponsoring from UAE.
If you want to apply visa from india go and approach Emirates/Etihad Airlines, they will help you in this Regards
