I have had a quick look. Is the presentation still being developed?
Couple of coments. First, you could include self-development as one of the KPI for individuals.
Also, have you taken a look at the Balanced Score Card material?
The second is about the presentation. It may be better to increase spaces between lines and/or paragrphas when you can.
I will take a detailed look later and if you write to me at , I will give a criticl review in private.
