A teacher at the Open University of Tanzania interested in Management, Human Resource Managment, Small Business Management, Society and Business as well as Journalism and Media Studies, Research Methods and Consultancy.
Presently, am interested in examining the OUT's strengthes and weaknesses of HR at the regional centres vis-a-vis the implementation of Stragegic Planning objectives of the OUT at regional centres level.
Is there a TOOL one can use to measure and compare HR performance at different brances of an institution, especially, in terms of competency and enrepreneurship or intrapreneurship?
