Be a part of a mega training project that will change the media scenario in Bangalore. In past, a similar assignment was very successfully executed by Grey Cells with 35 trainers, in Mumbai.
Preference will be given to trainers from Bangalore. Incase you are not from Bangalore and would still like to be a part of this project, you can apply provided you can manage your lodging boarding expenses.
· We require 25 Trainers to execute an 11-day assignment of training 2000 youngsters in next 15-20 days.
· Mr. Mehul Kuwadia will personally train these 25 Trainers (absolutely free) on how to deliver the Soft Skill & Selling Skill Module through an exhaustive 4-5 day Train-the-Trainer Program.
· The regular participation fee for this TTT Program is Rs. 50,000/-. However being a part of the project team these 25 trainers will receive the training absolutely free.
· Each Trainer will also get an opportunity for hands-on practice in delivering the program in this TTT Workshop.
· After the TTT Program, each Trainer will be required to deliver an 11-day program to a batch of about 50 youngsters & 5-6 Team Leaders. The Trainers will be paid Faculty Fee for 11-days.
· On completion of the project these Trainers will be allowed to retain the Training Module/Training Kit & use it for their other programs, within their organization or outside for any personal programs.
· Each Trainer will also become a Grey Cells Certified Trainer and will receive a Certificate for the same.
