I need advice/ suggestion / guide from the esteemed members of the forum

One of my keen relative had joined in IT segment of a Delhi based establishment which was providing event organize services, joining done one and half year ago.

Huge chunks of workload almost 16 hours daily, and even Saturday/ Sunday they keep working to clear the backlogs of the establishment and finally it was done, and everything gone smooth by end of 2019

But one month or less before pandemic lockdown ( i e mid March 2020) suddenly the establishment decided to leave the office floor space and asked the employees to go work from home, and assured that their salaries would be continued.

My relative trusted the employer words and kept on working, up to mid of may but after January 2020 they did not paid a single penny, they neither replied anything properly.

Few of junior employees asked the salary on front foot, they got abused and their access to the establishment had suspended, even they did not got formal release documents

After may middle, there was nothing to do in work from home even, so i asked my relative to handover the documents and gadgets (assets of the establishments) in position to the employer. which she did in august 2020 with proper communication, and requested verbally to clear the dues (F&F) as and when it is possible with finance.

After the handover of the assets, she left Delhi as without finance it was impossible to pay rents and electricity and moved to hometown than to her friend's town.

Suddenly in sept end 2020, somebody from old employees started to call in threatening tones and made a threat on msg that they are going to issue warrants against employees. However, his employer neither replied to her mails nor picked the calls done by her never called back but started witch-hunting with the unpaid employees.

She has informed the issues with other similar situation employees, all are in the same boat

I sincerely request all seniors to help in this matter, but she is finding hard to visit Delhi due to monetary (unemployed still) and pandemic issues both, and she has left the Delhi room also, so staying there would be a costly matter now.

Dear friend,
When business slips out of hands suddenly and revival impossible in near future due to situation like continued pandemic, certain employers resort to such unfair labor practices. But they continue their business operations secretly with the help of some bunch of so-called loyal employees and pull on for some time to make the other employees weary of their efforts to get their due terminal benefits because of the feigned closure of the establishment. The only option in such a situation for the affected employees is to make a joint complaint to the State Labor Commissioner under copy to the State Government. Simultaneously, they should also garner the support of some political parties and persuade some MLA to raise a question in the Assembly on this issue.
