This is a difficult time. as humans, for all of us but as business, it is more difficult for the "businessmen" and HR dept, and Finance dept.
When there is no production, no sale, how can there is collection or profit, and how will the entrepreneur pay 100% salary to 100% workers and 100% staff....
Senior and well paid Employees must have sympathy with their employer.
Both must work together, so that the bottom rung of workers, and junior staff gets to meet both ends
So,
Some of us have made this a guiding policy... hope it helps sensitise others. yes, I fully agree... all of will be safer and richer, if the companies continue... if the proprietor is fleeced, nothing will be left.

Guiding Policy for "Voluntary Salary Renunciation"
Upto 25K = nil
25 to 50K = 30%
50 to 100K = 40%
100k onwards = 50%
