I am a manpower hr exe. in a office. Pf annual return 2011-2012 is still not submitted in my office. now my boss asked me to do this work.but i don't know what will be filed?.i have prepared FORM 3A & 6A.please tell me is this enough data for submission. Can i go in pf office with this data for annual return,,,pls help me out

Hi, If your company 3A & 6A is ready, carry hard copy.Soft copy in CD (format will be available with PF department) and challans. Letter head with authorized signature. Regards, S Sai Kiran

May I know how did you prepare those forms? Are you prepared using E-return tool? Now its mandatory to use e-return tool for filing annual returns. else they will not accept.

how can i prepare soft copy in CD? i have copied my all data in my pen drive.if i paste all data from my pen drive into a blank CD,will it go? I prepared all data in an excel format of FORM 3A & 6A.

The E- Return tool is effective from Mar 2012 , for the previous year 2011-12 you will have to file hard copies of form 3A and Form 6A.

You are right. For submission Annual return download the E-return tool. !st add the company, Master data of the company & Employee. Upload the monthly contribution wages month from March 2011 to February 2012. After that Generate Form 3-A Text file. Copy the Text file on CD for submission the return.
