Even after repetitive request to update the DOJ (Date of Joining) of several employees in our organisation, EPFO authorities are not willing to update the records. We have submitted joined declaration signed by employer and employee, Employee service certificate, Old annexure - K (from where the old PF and pension fund account got transferred) as proof to the EPFO RO. But till date, no actions has been taken from EPFO authorities.
Kindly advice to whom we need to approach?. we 've raised grievances regarding this in the EPFO grievance portal. But no results.

Hi,
If you are representing the Employer side better visit PF Office by person and meet PRO or concerned Section Staff and check for updates. It is always advisable to have some good rapport with these officials to get things done. Mere phone conversation or submitting forms alone will not work.
