hi i am vinay reddy completed MBA HR 2009 passed out , till graduation i have studied with my mother tongue Telugu, now looking for HR job now my problem is if i face any people speaking good english quickly i am loosing my confidence. bcoz i can't speak well english like you friends even i am writting this very carefully. kindly help me to find better position in HR. now also i am trying as fresher for job. kindly suggest me and share your valuable words....

It is very hard if you do not have good communication skills to find a job in HR. I would strongly advise you to look for a job as a Recruiter or Customer service executive, work there for 1 year and try to improve your communication skills and then try to look for HR Generalist jobs.
