We are the on of the largest footwear manufacturing group in India , and we have some labour requirements in our Mysore Unit (Karnataka State)
Job Role will be Helpers in the company. They will be recruited to our company as Permanent Employees, Initial 6 month will be Training and after 6 month
Probation. On completing one year they will get confirmed.
Duty Time : 8 Hour / Shift working
Production Incentive/ Overtime Extra
Annual Bonus Applicable
On one year completion Up and down train fare reimbursement during their Vacation.!!
Yearly Increments.!!
Accommodation : Provided.
Food Facility : Provided ( Chargeable)

You have not mentioned what salary you are going to pay during trainee period of 6 months, during probation and on confirmation. You did mention in title - Commission based.
What about PF, ESI benefits? During trainee period also are you going to give PF, ESI benefits? During probation period also are you going to give PF, ESI benefits?
