We 've received a message from EPFO saying that "Dear Emplyer, Your establishment XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Has failed to correctly pay both employee &employer share in ECR for 2 employees. It is requested to file correct ECR for all employees with remaining share of contribution immediatly - EPFO".
The same message is send to some other establishments too. As far as we are concerened, we have remitted the full contribution towards employee & employer contribution. Can any one respond whether you've received any such message from EFO?
