Can we merge the previous PF account with the new company PF account even after withdrawing the money . My total years of service with PF is 8 years , of which 6 years service is in my previous organizations and remaining 2 years is in the new company. I applied for PF partial withdrawal in my new company. I have been told that I have less than 3 years of service to avail the PF partial withdrawal for the house construction..They are now asking me to merge my old PF with the new company PF account. Since I already got the money from my previous company PF , shall I still continue and request for transfer as suggested by my new company.. or PF partial withdrawal is based on my overall service with the PF..
