hi all
i work as an asstt prof in a management clg.
all the faculties here are given some tasks which they all have to perform in a group of 5-6 people like publishing newsletters and journals, website development, MDP, PR etc.
I have been asked to prepare a scoreboard to review the performances of all the groups and rate them as per their performance.
Plz do suggest me the parameters on which the rating of every team could be done.

Looks like this is a tricky one. Have you thought of collecting people's reactions and feedback so you have something to base it on? One parameter you can compare between newsletters/journals and website is the result of the reach. i.e. how many newsletters were distributed? and how many visitors came to the website? how long did they stay? with newsletters if they're not emailed it's a bit harder to measure.
Other things can be the content of each of these, how relevant they are, people's reactions to them, and whether they did it on time etc.

Variation of the subject
NO of people Reading the news letters
Feedback received from the news letters
Don’t forget give a scale/ score either from 10 or by % from 100.
I think from it would have given you an Idea of how about to go and create your parameters for your group.
