Hi,
Have you heard of HRCI, You can view SHRM site where they provide certification for HR like PHR, SPHR etc but they all are basically for US only as 80% course material is of US laws only.
Regarding IACT i read in complaint board so dropped idea of doing any certification from there.
I am also searching for good certification which has some relevance in India.
It seems still people don't value so much of HR in India that is the reason not very good and authentic HR related institute or training center here.
It's sad.
If you find some good source, do inform.
Thanks

Hi Pakhi / Ranjitha
I suggest to go for SAP-HR Certification instead of taking chances from other groups.
No doubt in SAP certifications which gives high weightage in Domestic & International organizations.
Only hitch is this is very very expensive (Approx : 2 lacs)
All the best :)

Guys, There are only two internationally recognized certifications in pure HR domain.
1. PHR/ SPHR / GPHR administered by HRCI ( Human Rescource Certification Institute) US Based
SHRM India provides assistance in this regard
2. CIPD Certificate ( Foundation / Inter/ Advanced) UK Based.
Google them, and you ll find more info.
Any other certifications are not valued much to my limited knowledge. For Ex SAP-HR certification holds good if you are HR Funnctional consultant OR you are placed in a company which runs SAP HR module.
