The query is vague. All HR professionals shall have the same qualities to be good professionals.There is no unique HR person to have unique HR quality to be different from others.Qualities and skills are different. Qualities are part of one's personality.It is something by which a person is known. Supposing we often say that "A" is not trustworthy. So trust is a quality.Every ideal Hr Professional shall have the same qualities to be good and efficient.

3) Commitment
4) Empathy(caring)
5) Decision making
6) Patience
7) Perseverance
