Hi
I want to draw my PF amount from my previous company.
Can I get the PF amount without the previous company's intimation, directly from the PF office. If yes, can u please tell me what is the process for that?

Dear Friend,
your PF withdrawal from should be signed by the Authoried signatory of the you pervious company.
so you can't get the Pf Amount with out getting the signature from the you pervious company.
This is as per my knowledge.

It is always better if you get your PF Withdrawl form signed by the authorized signatory of the previous employer.
However, if you can not do so than also you can withdraw your form by getting it attested by the authorized Govt. officials but in that condition you have to be sure about the following
1. Your date of leaving the last organization.
2. You / the company have submitted Form 3A stating your contribution for the current year.
3. Correct PF No.
If you can provide the same than you can withdraw your PF amount. But you can only apply for the withdrawl after the 2 months from the date of resignation.
Thanks
