Hi All,
Ours in an electronics manufacturing service provider company with around 300 staff and 2500 blue collar employees.
We are planning to implement knowledge management in our company. This is a completely new project taken up by us and we really need guidance as to how to go about it. If any of you have implemented a similar project please help me on the same. I have already dowloaded the reference material from citehr and also read some case studies on it. But I'm still unclear as to how and where to start. Please suggest.
Thank you.

Dear Aanandi,

You better attend some training on Knowledge Management. I came across with the following newsletter. I am forwarding it to you (this is purely for helping purpose and not to promote services of that company). I do not know the company as such, hence cannot comment on the quality of the training.

Ok...
