Dear Seniors,
Greetings.., I am working as a HR in a IT based application developing company, (ie) web application and mob application. This is a start up company running over a fours of time. Till now we dont have any standard format for appraisal, now our management has planned to such a format which applicable to all employees. so plz help me to have a standard format of Appraisal form for Self Appraisal and Performance Appraisal.

Hi Priya,
You just need to use the SEARCH tool located at the top middle of the page for your need as there are number of Appraisal formats available. It is you who know what actually you need so I believe you can develop a good format or made the changes accordingly and use it.

Greetings., Thanks for your valuable reply, I tried with all sorts of Self Appraisal form but it is not much well suited, my superior is expecting some formats which most suited to our company, which is likely towards IT based Questionnaire for Self Appraisal.
