I am about to start my SAP HR project from 1st Feb. i have been asked to prepare questionnaire for hr customizing . since i am fresh i am not able to know how to go about it.
please any body give me some source on how to go about it.
I have got this project after 1.5 yrs after my certification. i really want to do this, so please! all seniors here , kindly help me.

Dear Seniors,
Plz help in the following customizing for time management/Payroll purpose.
The system should allow 10 mins late for 3 times in a month and for 4th late comming it should consider as halfday(half day should be deducted from Privedge leave, if no PL then Casual leave and so on and if no leaves then normal day should be taken into consideration), same is applicable if employee comes late after lunch time.
Settings for OT
OT for workers starts only after 1/2 hr from their regular work and max OT is 8 hrs . also OT for work on Sunday/Holiday is provided. All This should be calculated and salary should get deducted or added accordingly

I am fresh and do not posses much technical knowledge, so i did not get what you meant to say regarding PCR m sorry but plz let me know what you meant...
Also there are many such problems i am be facing in my current project.... I Hope u will help me accordingly coz m scared doing this project

Time is recorded using biometric system , regular in and out time will be observed including absences and overtime thru this Biometric system.
