Dear All, I am Kailas, working in a Manufacturing Company. Due to some issue, our payment regularly late by two month or sometimes more.
Due to some reason, One of our trainee employee get fired. On that time he claim for total salary of his work. but our company financial condition is not good.
My question is, Total salary will paid on his last date or with regular salary time of employee. Please Reply.
