As per factory act 1948, the drinking water testing is required by CMO,
I have a certificate from private agency, 21st century (this agency is approved by the Punjab Poluiton Control Board),
This certificate is valid, as per act or not.
please give the suitable reply for the same

Hi this Farooqui Mohammed safir, working in environmental division of construction company. as per the my suggestion if that agency is approved by Pollution control board and results are within the permissible limits of BIS or WHO guidelines for drinking water than it is valid.

Thanks for reply, but my question is " As per Factory Act, 1948" we should be testing the water by CMO. but we have not done by the CMO, we have done by the private agencies, this is of or not?
