Our company is dealing in railways signaling tenders in various states in India but I am confused that in which act the company will be covered due to this I am unable to constitute company leave policies. Our projects are running at different locations in India.
Employees category- Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Wire Man, etc.
Request you to please help me out with this confusion and share the leave policy for project-based companies if possible.
