we have registered us & submitting regularly our cheque .

Thanks sir but everytime we try to view balance the messabe below is appearing

Please feed your name correctly, with correct spacing & spelling. If the name and number not matching also this type of reply will come. Better you contact your HR Department to confirm the details of Name and PF Number.

Dear Suman, According to my knowledge data is updated till March 2011. After this month if any employee has joined his details will not get reflected and same above error will come. Regards, Trupti

The Employee whoose balance we are trying to check is employed with us since 2010 Sep .
pls help me out with this as all other employees are raising voice asif we are not filing their pf amt but it is not rue.
i have one more query that is it necessary to fill form 11 for employees newly recruited and are not interested to have pf deduction

Hope you might have received the PF Statement from the RPFO for the period upto 31 Mar 2011. Have you checked the Name and PF Number from that list. Is it matching with the one which you fed while trying to find out the balance.
You can check the balance with the name whatever you have given in form 5 and avoid giving special characters in the name column
