I wanna know what are the Dates of Lok Adalat .My Co. had a fatal case ( almost 2 yrs old) which we wanna close on urgent basis.
we are facing two problems
1) our factory manager at the time of fatal case has left us almost 11/2 yr back resultant till dt we are unable to appear in case. how should we deal with this & settle the case as new factory manager cannot arrear as per rule & old one is not ready to appear?
2) Factory insepcter has advised for going to lok adalat & settle case
plz guide....
