The only hastle with your format is, the observation is not objective enough. We could consider quntifying each attribute by awarding marks. However, maximum marks for each atttirbute has to be worked out which would in turn total up to an overall total marks (may be out of 100). This is just an idea. You could also then compare teachers' performances and grade them in the staff in order of merit.

Thank you for your valued suggestion. Actually this observation is a part of the program where a teacher does her self appraisal through. It is meant for qualitative appraisal. But when the same observation report is used for appraisal of a teacher for his/her promotion or increment, then that has to be quantitative. Anyways, let me make it quantitative also and send it across to you. I thank you once again for going through my report and sending your feedback.
