I have seen many ppts on time management, but this one sent by was refreshingly different and good. It takes into account the responsibility of a leader also and tells what he can do to bring effectively manage time. Many thanks for this lovely, innovative posting on time management. A few points for improvement.
It looks from the presentation -- you wanted to touch upon (a) Personal Time Management, (b) Organizational Time Management. You have touched Stephen Covey's Time Management Grid very well, too soon you have digressed a bit to Organizational Time Management.
Benchmarking is a performance improvement tool, it seems a misfit here.
Delegation is excellent tool for time as well as motivation - you can draw from Stephen Covey again - 'go-for-delegation; stewrdship delegation'
The 80/20 rule can also be used in personal time management.
For organizational effectiveness, meeting effectiveness, reporting structure, communication platforms/methods, and above all CULTURE is very important.
