Hi Divya
Below given are two points taken from the PPT attached by u.
Kindly explain if a employee works for two years and after that he wants to withdraw the PF amount then whether he will get the complete 24% contribution of both the sides or 12% of employee and 3.67% of the employeri.e,excluding the 8.33% contribution.
}
1.12% contribution by the employee is directly transferred to his Provident Fund A/c
}
2.12% is contributed by the employer out of which 8.33% is credited to Employee Pension Fund and the balance 3.67% is transferred to PF A/c of the employee

Hi Jeevan, If any employee resigns within 6 months of period, they are eligible to claim only PF not pension fund. So they need to submit only form 19.

Hi
I have small query regarding PF contirbution.
If employers is paying PF contribution at 12% on Actual Basic for its employees , is it possible cut down the PF contribution to Rs 780 only ( 12 % on minimum basic of Rs 6500).

Is it mandatory for an employer to pay PF where:
A. The salary of the employee/worker is above Rs.6500?
B. Is it necessary for the employer to increase the PF contribution proportionately if the salary is increased beyond Rs.6500?
