Sir, I need some clarifications regarding the scheme. There is no clarification for which month "employee strength" the government is considering. Kindly clarify the aspect.

AS per the , plz verify the link , My doubt is if the employee strength is above hundred in Dec2019 Jan2020 and Feb2020 and March 100 and below 100 , is the company eligible for Covid 19 scheme ?

The total number of employees employed in the establishment should be up to
100 (one hundred), with 90% or more of such employees should be drawing monthly
wages less than Rs.15000/-
In March you are below 100,try and apply for the scheme.
You should be eligible

Sir,
My company strength is 99 only in March-2020 But The epf system is not considering for Covid 19 scheme. It excluded me from the new scheme.
Hence i want to clarify the from which month considering for the above scheme.

The government will pay the employee provident fund (EPF) contribution both of the employer and the employee (12 per cent each) for the next three months, as announced by the Finance Minister.
1. This is only applicable for establishments having employed up to 100 employees and about 90 per cent of which earn ₹15,000 per month. It would be applicable for establishment obtained licence for engagement of 100 workmen and EPF authority will consider on basis of ECR both for January & February'20.
