Please suggest how one can ask a boss for a "competitive feedback" of his/her team member.

Dear Sumita,
Hitherto we heard phrases like positive feedback, constructive feedback etc. There is no mention of competitive feedback on Google. Therefore, can you please confirm, in what context you have raised this query, how is this related to you or your company, is this boss yours or someone else's, and who is the team member. Additional information is required about the nature of the industry, type of product or service etc.
While raising a query, it is important to give some background information. Please note.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar

Dear Sumitha Mehta,
Any feedback collected should have an ulterior goal/purpose.
But getting feedback either positive or constructive amongst team members needs various factors as suggested by learned senior colleague.
And as per the query your intention seems good to know about employee's performance and it can in turn be used for developing a competitive spirit among the team members.
