Dear All,
Is it mandatory to have mediclaim for employees who are not covered under ESIC. As per amendment esic limit is exceeded upto 21000. So if employee earning is more than 21000 he will not be applicable for ESIC. In this case should employer provide mediclaim facility? Is it mandatory for employer to provide it.?
