Please tell me that if a women is on leave for pregnant reasons for 3 months and at the time of delivery child was aborted due to any reasons. What is act for this type of maternity leaves and How much company can pay to Her.

Maternity Benefits are applicable under two acts. 1st is ESIC (if she is cover under ESIC), & 2nd is Maternity Benefits Act. (Who are out of ESIC),
Who are cover under ESIC, all benefits given by ESIC including leave salary during maternity leave. under Maternity benefits act. all benefits given by company.
Normally Maternity leave is 12 weeks (Before delivery 6 weeks & Post Delivery 6 weeks),
Section 9. Leave for miscarriage. --In case of miscarriage, a woman shall, on production of such proof as may be prescribed, be entitled to leave with wages at the rate of maternity benefit for a period of six weeks immediately following the day of her miscarriage
it can be extend A woman suffering illness arising out of pregnancy, delivery, premature birth of child or miscarriage shall, on production of such proof as may be prescribed, be entitled in addition to the period of absence allowed to her under section 6, or, as the case may be, under section 9, to leave with wages at the rate of maternity benefit for a maximum period of one month.
