Sir, I am working in a manufacturing company. I want to Full & final a candidate. His basic 13000/- hra 6500/- and gross is 26000/- and his last month of December salary have due that I need to pay 18 days and till March month of bonus we have paid to employee, now to pay bonus April to December 18th and his EL is 12, so how to calculate full & final and what would be F&F amount please help.
