I am making Employment Form on MS Word, Excel but continuously facing problems like adjustments in lines etc no perfection so if anyone knows about any software or way of doing pls advise.

Hi Rizwan,
Usually the employee forms are created using MS Word and u could also use the drawing tools to help u out.
But just a couple of days back I stumbled upon an amazing software which comes with Windows 2003 and is part of Microsoft Office - it is called Microsoft Office Info Path 2003. This is an amazing software and it gives u the flexibility to make as many forms as u want and to add whatever fields that u desire!!! It also has a few templates which can help u in deciding what fields u would need for different types of forms!!

Please use Table Menu, if using Word. Otherwise, use Adobe Acrobat Professional Software V K Sharma

My team is also working on the same and we are all learning about it through a trial and error method (one of the best methods to learn :wink: ), so I am afraid that I would not be able to give you a structured process for the same.
But as and when I do learn something that can make a difference to you I will definately get back to u!!

I have question why you have employment form on Excel dont you think if we have this form on website and fill it there it could be easy and by having filters we can easily find out what we want.
It can save few things,
-Time which we consume in Checking emails.
-Finding out correct one(instead of email if we use webbase form we can easily find out the related person by having filters)
-Cost of stationary
I want to know the reason why you dont have it. Waiting your reply .
