There has been Gazette Notifications on these codes on 29.9.2020 after the President's assent which I recd in my mobile. If anyone like the share pl.give me your mobile Nos. & I can share thru' WhatsApp. I'm trying to download them and analyse changes if any compared to gazetted in 2019. If any of our colleagues already done this exercise please share. However the effective date of implementation not announced yet. It's widely speculated that could be in Dec.2020 all four codes in one go. Let me come back asap.
