Hi,
I am working in a company as Branch manager.
one of junior had come to branch on deputation from H.O. on deputation.
He worked with me in my branch for 3 months as an Accountant.
He was getting salary of Rs. 7000/- per month.
Now his salary is fixed Rs.10000/- per month
But he suppose to get Rs.3000/- extra on addition to his previous salary as an arear for last two months.
i-e he should get total 6000/- arrear to his current salary
After discussion with the Director of H.O. he requested me to write a letter to him regarding this arrear.
So can any one please suggest me that what should i write in a letter to the Director of H.O.
Please help me on this regard guys.

2. Mr _____ (name of the employee) has been working in my branch since ____ (date). In our discussion we had discussed the merits of the revision of the monthly salary of the said individual. Your office had concurred this revision. Revised salary would be Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only). The increased salary is retrospective and it would be effective from _______ (date).
3. Therefore, I request you to give approval for this increase and also payment of arrears from _____ (date).

1. HR Manager: - For information. On receipt of letter of approval you may communicate revision of salary to Mr _____ accordingly. Secondly, you may communicate to him about increased deductions on account of PF, ESI, PT or any other statutory deductions.
