Hi all, I resigned from my previous company about 2 months before and served a full notice period of 45 days, I also had 12 days' worth of Paid leave and 7 days of casual leaves. I was to receive my F&F and got a F&F statement where I was only paid for my working days but my PL was not paid. when I enquired about it they told that these are not company policies. What should I do?
