There is nothing like "convincing skill". So you cannot have training programme on this skills. However, you can have training programme on persuasive communication or persuasive skills or persuasive selling.
Your query is regarding marketing executive. When you say "marketing" in actual practice do you mean to say "sales executive"? If that is the case then you need to train your salespersons on selling skills.
