Dear Mr. Rajesh,
An employee has the following options based on the clause mentioned in the Appointment Letter in case of any transfer...
1) An employee can accept the transfer with a transfer letter...
2) An employee can put down his / her resignation and demand for the same location as working before the transfer....
3) An employee can resign and search for a new job....
Any of the either options are available.....

Dear Rajesh,
m very much agree with Mr. amit.
Becoz, it is clearly mention in the appointment letter that ur services can be tranferred to another place with the discretion of management.
u have to accept the Transfer letter or else put down ur paper like ankit said.
