Festival holidays declaration depends which state do u stay... I think wht Ms.sapana has given to u is perfect.. only July1- state bank day i can replace with some local festival which shud have listed under the factories act of that state.. Before u make a list of holidays u shud c how many hindu, muslim and christian work in ur organisation according u can select the holiday.. . u can keep 12 festival holiday with 2 restricted holiday or all 14 festivl holiday..
U shud inform the factry inspector before 45 days of the new yr start..
pls. rectify if found mistake.
